I like the idea of creating a good list of uk food blogs.
As a note of interest feel free to add the one that my partner Sarah and I run over at http://www.EatingBritain.com
Keep up the good work!

Food doesn't get to the table on it's own, you need a waiter to get it there, that's were I come in...

From: Scoff (February 25, 2008 4:43 PM)
Hey Mr Spittoon, add Scoffology! It's something a bit different in food blogs, in that we focus on 'popular food', ie the store-bought food you eat every day rather than stuff to make or places to eat out. It's such a big part of our lives, it's time we paid it a bit more attention...

From: Ben Holden (March 13, 2008 12:23 AM)
I've just started a UK based food blog intended to revolutionise the culinary habits of the entire english speaking world!
I believe we can eat extraordinarily healthily, and have the most delicious food experiences at the same time.
It's all about loading the most beautifully balanced and well conceived flavours, which are often incredibly low in calories, into the freshest and most wholesome ingredients. I've been writing for a week or so and can't wait to share more of my exciting experiences with the world!

Very interesting.
There is one that my colleagues in America track on a daily basis - It's done by a Brit and is called Cold Mud - http://coldmud.com
It's a kind of Drudge Report for Food & Drink News - but done with English tongue in cheek style.
From: Urbanfoodie (August 11, 2008 3:24 PM)
Hey,
I write a London Food Blog for busy urbanites who care about their food - where it comes from, how to eat well despite having an active London life and full time job(+). It has quick and easy recipes, food news & restaurant reviews.
I'd love to be included on your blogroll.
Thanks

We are five friends who often talk about food, cook for each other, share tips and recipes and eat out together. When we got to the point where we were sending each other pictures of food we'd created we decided it was definitely time to set up a blog. It'd be great if you could add our blog to your list:

Hi there,
great to see a site dedicated to the best of british blogs.
Ive started a blog to British Seafood and all its glory. I have vowed to go strictly pescetarian for 365 days, its by no means a political or moral statement its simply an excuse to eat a lot of seafood.

keep up the good work everyone!
