Ready Steady Chèvre
Posted on February 13, 2011 by Andrew in ArticlesSometime ago I skipped a Circle of Wine Writers event and headed to a French Goats Cheese and Wine session instead.
While the intention was to compile a wine-focused post, for Spittoon, on the differing types and forms of the, superbly delicious, cheeses there was only one wine available which rendered the night to an enjoyable time but of limited potential for an article; interesting though that some of the cheeses really didn’t match the Loire Sauvignon at all, despite the old ‘cheese and wine matching‘ adage that they do.
Luckily though there was a bod with a video camera…
