Take a pack of Bonne Maman galettes biscuits top with a teaspoon of chocolate sauce and slices of pear. The pear came from a pot of fruit in natural juice! Make a sandwich with another galette.

For the chocolate sauce bring 100g double cream and 1 teaspoon of caster sugar to just boiling, remove from heat and melt in 100g plain chocolate. A simple recipe from Delicious magazines advertiser Bonne Maman who make te 'butter crunch biscuits'.

Pear and Chocolate Galettes

You could be more dainty and slice the pears a little smaller than I can be bothered with. Makes plenty of chocolate sauce - being a great excuse for licking the spoon after!

Oooh, that's so easy it's almost cheating ;-) Bonne Maman make some fabulous things, and pear & chocolate is always a happy combo.

I like this idea a lot and if you do not mind, I would like to try this over the festive season!!!Will let you know how they turn out! Thx for sharing!

That looks amazing. Was trying to steer away from chocolate but not now!

Wow, that looks good :)
Love chocolates and pears...
Enjoy your evening, Margot
