An orange cake from a recipe at Kuidaore, very successful as a picnic cake down by the Thames yesterday evening. Just one slight disappointment; the mix of Greek Yoghurt and Mascarpone flavoured with orange flower water was distinctly lacking in orange flavour despite a big slug of, expensive, flower water being added to the mix.
