Wheaten Bread - World Bread Day Follow Up
This is an interesting development in the food blog arena. A website with a pre-delimited shelf-life.
Launching tomorrow, 21st March, A Year In Bread is a collaboratory venture by three bloggers (Farmgirl Susan, KitchenMage, and Kevin of Seriously Good), who, over the next 12 months, will offer 36 bread making recipes.
We'll address a different theme each month, pizza dough to begin with because it's easy and hard to screw up -- and everyone loves pizza. We'll cover sandwich breads and buns, drool over sweet rolls, butter dinner rolls, tear off hunks of rustic loaves, and keep the Challah Kosher -- or not -- hey, I'm gentile and I like Challah.
