Such a human-like picture of fish -he looks a bit lost, don't you think?
I think I might just give the mackerel & rhubarb recipe a go, and ask my local Oddbins for a wine suggestion..

Please do; I really enjoyed the dish - first time I had cooked mackerel - my sauce wasnt quite tart enough while the wine match was... well... you will have to wait and see. It did come from Oddbins though.
