Not sure really Ryan - it came unlabelled. Tastes damn good though!

You ARE lucky. I purchased a smoked pork shank from a local farmer recently, and it turned out to be the largest section of a pig's leg I'd ever seen (in my kitchen, at any rate). This certainly tops it—and of course there's nothing in the world better than cured pork from Spain.
