Not as inventive as some but totally to the rules of Sams Sugar High (low) Friday. Fruit - slices of deep orange Sharon Fruit, veiny Clementine and juicy Yellow Plum smothered with a sugar syrup (using a false sugar replacement) infused with Passion Fruit and a big squeeze of lemon juice. Undecided if the crunch of the passion fruit was welcome or not...

and.. which false sugar did you use?

I had to 'borrow' some of my friendly next door neighbour - it was splendidada or whatever its called.

I'm with you on the crunch of the passionfruit pip thing. I really can't be bothered straining the fruit, but always regret it when I bite down on them. It's a bit like finding bits of egg shell in your cake.

I don't like the passionfruit pips either. But I love the flavour of the Juice.

i think i like the crunch of passion fuit, but its been so long since i ate one i cant really remember. Since i became more of a seasonal fruit eater i rarely get to indulge in such passions.

I haven't been up to anything today. I don't care. I've just been staying at home not getting anything done. Basically not much happening right now. Maybe tomorrow. I guess it doesn't bother me.
