EBBP 7 - My Parcel Has Been Received  Add/Read Comments

My parcel for Euro Blogging By Post has yet to arrive; but the one I sent to Austria has arrived. Sesom.info has posted details of the little goodies I sent over. While the theme was childhood sweets Andreas Moser indicated that they are not really into sweets so I substituted a grown-up version of another childhood classic Ginger Beer.

I neglected to take any pictures of my parcel. Instead enjoy this pic of Torta Caprese - basically a puff pastry tart topped with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Underneath all that, and you can just see it pocking out the side, is an onion marmalade. The recipe was taken from the April 2007 issue of Delicious.
