Cooled; but not sufficient as at torn off corner is juggled from hand to hand. A result but distinctly unmuffin-like. Lightly spicy taste and a crumbly texture, much like a fruit crumble, with a softer interior resembling a cake. Odd but delicious. Hoping a success down Med. way in a day or two.
