
These chocolate muffins were not as sweet as I expected but are packed with dark, luxurious chocolate countering the fluffy interior beautifully. Minutes out of the oven, the half dozen are down to five already.
Based on a recipe by Delia (no nuts, mix making six large muffins, chocolate chunk added to the top so double the specified amount, increase cooking time).

And Cafe Nero coffee is soooo strong, that I always need to use double the amount of sugar there (or ask for a single-shot latte)
Oh, YUM! I have that recipe saved in my favourites at Delia, but I never considered making it in bigger cases. Now I have to try it.
