Inspiraton and fading light have not a happy chicken picture taking bloke made. Here is what I came up with...

The photo is required to illustrate blog posts on a free range chicken from Abel & Cole. The stuffing (herbs, breadcrumbs, pinenuts and the giblets is a 'feature'. Another disadvatage is that half the chicken has been eaten leaving only the side showing as picture-worthy. Time is also a factor as this little beaut was roasted a couple of days ago... and is destined for a risotto this evening.
