From the plethora of delicious looking recipes for my hosted round of Sugar High Friday selecting just one to try out was tricky, but here it is - the Spittoon version of Bron's Baked Lemon Cheesecake with fresh Passionfruit. While the pic might not be up to the great image on Bron's site (she is a New Zealander by the way) the cake more than measured up. Delicious.

No, its bits of lemon peel as a) I ran out of passion fruit and b) had to have something to cover up the cracks! :-)

I love how the passion fruit seeds look as the garnish for this great looking cheesecake. Yum!

I'm so very jealous that you got to make this cheesecake. It's on my list of recipes to try but I just haven't had the time as of yet.
