Andrew, I have a question: the other evening Marco and I was talking about fish and chips shops and I said that I was sure that there must exist some kind of fish n'chips heritage foundation that try to keep the tradition alive. Am I right or am I wrong?

Ilva I don't think there is anything 'heritage-wise' at all. I am also not sure what their role would be - to promote what? Although Fish and Chips are a 'traditional' and when done well delicious dish I don't think they have any sort of heritage. But then the only thing that is worrying them at the moment is declining fish stocks.

Well considering that the first shop was 'founded' in 1860 there is a sort of historical heritage. As long as they aren't outnumbered by McDonalds I'm happy! Thanks Andrew!

I have actually heard about the shortage of Cod but i think that was at least a year or 2 ago. They certainly are still serving that here in Jersey and a mightly one at that. Now you got me craving fish 'n' chips! :)
The strawberries with lemongrass sounds intriguing. I love anything with lemongrass...
