It was just a flippant comment on Anne's Blog. Something about hoping her latest creation was for me. An instantly forgettable, silly, comment. Forgettable until today. A superb surprise, Anne has dispatched a handful of delightfully packaged sea-salt caramels. My own Euro Blogging By Post parcel seems to have been swallowed into the depths of wherever such parcels fall so this will act as its replacement. Soft and chewy, strong toffee and caramel flavours with a salty underpinning. Unusual, but very tasty.
